Generally, in some cases the customers are not very happy with the supplied product and under certain circumstances the product can be returned. Customers are only eligible if the issues come under the below-mentioned points-

·         The customer is eligible to get 50% of the amount return if the product is damaged or destroyed when received. In this case the customer is required to share valid images of their parcel such as front and back picture of the damaged parcel or product precisely.

·         We do not accept the return of the medicines if they have a similar ingredient with a different name.

·         If the customer wants to cancel the order after receiving it, then he/she has to go through the cancellation process and for that you can refer our cancellation policy section.

·         If you want to return the received product then you must mention the reason and it should be the website’s decision to approve or disapprove and then proceed.

·         The product has to be returned by the customer and the return charges will not be paid by the website.
